Again Tanco lead the way in bale handling efficiency and farm safety.
The I73 Bale Shear was launched following the highly successful introduction of the I70 Bale Shear unit. The new I73 now allows even larger diameter round bales up to 1.5m ( 5ft) in diameter to be handled with ease.
The I73 comes with an adjustable gripper that also allows the unit to be used on regular 1.2 m (4ft) diameter round bales.
The I73 will slice through silage bales, straw and hay with ease.
Ideal for handling bales directly into mixer wagons or feed passageways and feeding rings, the I73 will firmly retain the plastic wrap and net while easily slicing round bales in half - all from the comfort of the tractor or loader.
In addition, our customers now experience dramatic reductions in mixing times of over 60%!
The result - massive savings in labour, fuel and mixer wagon maintenance with greatly reduced wear and tear on the mixer drive system.
The unit requires just one hydraulic coupling (supply and return) and can easily be fitted to most tractor loaders, telehandlers and skid steers.
