A robust mounted disc cultivator for processing large quantities of crop residue
ROBUST MOUNTED DISC CULTIVATOR
The robust frame of the mounted AN_PROFI disc cultivator is a prerequisite for easy soil penetration and incorporation of large quantities of crop residue, together with a large disc diameter, 620 × 6 mm. The mounted AN_PROFI disc cultivator is especially suitable for smaller farmers who want to cultivate soil up to a depth of 16 centimetres.

The main advantage of ATLAS AN_PROFI disc cultivators is the disc section equipped with discs with a large diameter of 620 × 6 mm. The mounting of the individual discs guarantees precise and stable guidance of discs in soil, achieving even cultivation of the soil profile. The disc section can be equipped with notched or aggressive discs. Aggressive discs have a special shape that improves soil penetration and provides a better cutting and mixing effect.

Provides trouble-free work with large quantities of crop residue.
The ATLAS AN_PROFI models offer outstanding frame clearance that enables these robust disc cultivators to provide excellent mixing and incorporation of large quantities of organic matter, crop residue or catch crap.
ADDITIONAL WEIGHTS
Facilitates soil penetration and improves work during drought.
The total weight of up to 3,350 kilograms in combination with a robust frame allows to add additional weights of up to 200 kg to the AN-PROFI models. The additional weights increases the down pressure on disc sections and facilitates soil penetration that can be a problem especially when working during drought.
HYDRAULIC SETTING
Makes the working depth setting easy.
Setting the working depth of the machine is easy and comfortable using the tipping hydraulic clips located on the rear hydraulic cylinders that connect the frame of the machine with the frame of consolidating and crumbling packers.
