About Us

Our business first opened it's doors back in the 1960's, and become known as Poole & Jackson Pty Ltd officially in 2002.

Current owner Doug Jackson has been working in the agricultural field since 1978. He returned to his home town to work for the previous owners Frank and Joan Poole in 1986,

In 2002 he purchased the business when Frank and Joan retired.

Doug also has a passion for farming, which he does in addition to managing the business, so he understands the needs and pressures experienced in the farming industry.

As of 2015, we have grown to employ 9 qualified and experienced staff, and have a strong relationship with our local community. This includes sponsoring local sports teams (football, netball. cricket, bowls, golf and tennis clubs) as well as many other local events.

Our goal is to supply good service to our local community and keep the farming industry viable and moving in our area.
