ABOUT USFrom its beginning in 1972 as a Case and David Brown dealer in Trafalgar the business has constantly evolved as a Case IH dealer. In 2003 the name was changed to Traf Tractors and Machinery.
15 years of expansion and growth since that time spread Traf Tractors beyond the localised business it once was, with a new branch into Maffra Gippsland and a further expansion into Tasmania with its Longford branch in 2018. The name was then changed to TTMI (Traf Tractors and Machinery Industrial) in April 2018 to reflect the evolution of the brand.
We are proud supporters of agriculture in our grassroots of Gippsland and want to strengthen our brand across our expanded regions. We are proud of our heritage and wanted our name to acknowledge our journey through to today.
It has been a busy period for TTMI after having opened a new branch in Leongatha, Victoria in November 2021 and then another in June 2022 for North West Tasmania based in Latrobe. Both new branches offer the same workshop and field servicing offered in other branches as well as a sales showroom and full spare parts facilities backed by TTMI's other Branches. Further expansion opportunities were presented in 2022 for the Western Districts in Victoria, with a new branch in Warrnambool opening in September 2022 and a Colac branch opening in February 2023.
This latest expansion comes at a great time and the move into Warrnambool and Colac extends our reach in Victoria and will further reinforce the strength of the TTMI network. It’s an area we already know so well so have the knowledge and experience to deliver the support and service our customers expect.
